Privacy Policy.

This policy explains how SemperWise (An Radiatus Group) (“SemperWise”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data in connection with this website and our commercial relationships. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

1. Who we are

SemperWise (An Radiatus Group) is registered in India, with its registered office at Coimbatore – 641035, Tamil Nadu, India. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact info@semperwise.com or +91-95851-60363. We are the data fiduciary / controller for the data described below.

2. What this website collects

We have deliberately kept this to a minimum.

• Enquiry form. If you complete the form on our home or contact page, we ask for your name, work email address, an optional company name and phone number, your area of interest and your message. When you submit it, that information — together with your IP address, browser user-agent and the page you submitted from — is recorded on our own server and emailed to our team at info@semperwise.com, with a copy to a company mailbox used for monitoring enquiries. The technical details are kept only to prevent abuse of the form and to apply a rate limit. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass it to anyone else.
• Acknowledgement email. We send one automatic email back to the address you gave us, confirming that the enquiry arrived and repeating what you sent. It is a single message, it is not marketing, and there is no follow-up sequence. If you did not submit the enquiry, reply to that email and we will delete the record.
• Server logs. Our web server records standard technical information for every request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referring page and browser user-agent. This is used for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults.
• Direct contact. If you email or call us, we hold the contents of that correspondence and your contact details so we can deal with your enquiry.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own, and we run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. There is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss.

One third party is involved: we load typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them, which necessarily discloses your IP address and user-agent to Google. We receive nothing from this. If you would prefer to avoid it, blocking those domains will leave the site fully readable in a system font.

4. Why we process it, and on what basis

• To respond to you — because you asked us to, and because it is necessary to take steps toward a contract at your request.
• To operate and secure the site — our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and free of abuse.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations — where the law requires us to keep records.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it to train models.

5. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become a relationship: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client correspondence and contracts: for the duration of the relationship and as long afterwards as tax and legal obligations require.
• Server logs: a rolling short retention window on the hosting server.

6. Who else sees it

Personal data may be handled by service providers acting on our instructions — our hosting provider, which stores the enquiry record and serves the site, and our email provider, which carries the notification message. They may process data only for us and only for the purpose we set. We will not transfer your data to any other party except where the law compels us.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies to you, the GDPR, you can ask us to:

• confirm what personal data of yours we hold, and give you a copy;
• correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
• erase data we no longer have a reason to keep;
• restrict or object to a particular use;
• withdraw a consent you previously gave, at any time;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Email info@semperwise.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the EU or UK.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We apply the same practices we advise our clients to adopt — least privilege, patching, and keeping the amount of personal data we hold as small as possible. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

9. Children

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We will update this page whenever what we do changes — a new processor, a new purpose, or a change to how long we keep something. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

This policy describes our actual practices in plain language. It is not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by counsel — have a lawyer review it before relying on it in a contract or a regulatory filing.
